Bayern Munich have confirmed that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte enquired about Renato Sanches.
The Portugal international only moved to Bayern last summer in a deal worth an initial £31.3m, but he made only 17 Bundesliga appearances.
Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigg has confirmed that Bayern are not willing to sell but they are willing to send him on loan.
"There are at least 10 teams after Sanches," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Conte asked for some information about him after Tuesday’s match because he knows he can make the difference on the pitch.
"Ancelotti was pleased with his performance against Chelsea so we can make some reasoning on him later."
Bayern CEO added: "Almost certainly we'll let him leave just on loan, we still count on him."
