Manchester United have completed the signing of Arnau Puigmal from Espanyol after the 16-year-old midfielder impressed Old Trafford scouts.
The Spain Under-18 international signed a contract with United but had his transfer held up due to international clearing.
Though United have not confirmed the deal but the youngster shared a picture of himself with the club legend Andy Cole and Kieran McKenna (under-18 coach) on Instagram.
“Very happy and proud to announce that I am a new Manchester United player, a dream come true. It’s time to work, come on Red Devils!” Puigmal announced.
Puigmal, a central midfielder and was recently named the most valuable player at the Mediterranean International Cup.
