Arsenal centre-back Ben White appears to be relishing his return to the club as he posted on social media for the first time since leaving England’s World Cup squad for ‘personal reasons’.

White, who has been an important player for Premier League leaders Arsenal this campaign, left Qatar to return home on November 30.
The former Brighton player did not play in England’s opening two group games and missed their win over Wales through illness.
White joined some of his Arsenal team-mates in Dubai at the weekend as Arteta’s side enjoy a warm weather training camp ahead of the return of the Premier League this month.
He was seen in training yesterday ahead of the upcoming friendly against AC Milan and has taken to social media for the first time since leaving World Cup, writing ‘We back baby’ alongside three pictures of himself training and a smiling emoji.
The FA requested privacy for White after he left Qatar, while Arsenal released a statement on social media: ‘We’re all with you, Ben.’
It has since been reported by some outlets that White was unhappy in the England camp and fell out with Gareth Southgate’s assistant Steve Holland.
Southgate was asked whether this was true before England’s quarter-final defeat to France and said: ‘What I’ve been shown was alleged and there was another word that was used [in the article].
‘I think by commenting on the story I could be giving it any form of credibility, really. ‘We explained why Ben left the camp and I think it’s important that that is respected, really.’
Arsenal also face Serie A club Juventus in Dubai before returning to London and resuming their Premier League season on Boxing Day against West Ham.
The Gunners had moved five points clear of defending champions Manchester City before the mid-season break for the World Cup tournament.
