Chelsea, managed by Enzo Maresca, are eager to return to the top four after finishing 12th and 6th in the previous two seasons.
Manchester United, who ended last term in eighth place – the lowest among the ‘big six’ clubs – are also striving to return to their former glory, similar to Chelsea.

As expected, the Supercomputer favors Manchester City to win the title once more.
Pep Guardiola’s team has been exceptionally dominant in recent years, capturing six of the last seven Premier League titles, with Liverpool being the only team to interrupt their streak in 2020.
The Supercomputer forecasts Arsenal will end as Premier League runners-up for the third consecutive season.
Liverpool is predicted to finish in third place, with Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United securing the fourth and final Champions League spot.
The Supercomputer also anticipates that the three newly promoted teams will face immediate relegation.
Leicester, who won the Championship, Ipswich, who secured the second automatic promotion spot, and Southampton, who came up through the play-offs, are all expected to go down.
This Supercomputer, named BETSiE, was developed by bettingexpert.com.
‘The supercomputer simulated the league season 100,000 times,’ a spokesperson explained. ‘It considers all match results from last season (across all competitions), pre-season results, and current season progress, projecting outcomes based on both pre-season expectations and xG data for and against during the season.
‘It also incorporates team financial data and player values from Transfermarkt, providing a more detailed analysis of team capabilities and potential performance variations.’
