A Chelsea player has faced criticism for his performance during their 4-2 victory over Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.

came under fire for his errors during the match.
Speaking to Jamie O’Hara on talkSPORT, former Chelsea player Jason Cundy specifically called out goalkeeper Robert Sanchez for his performance.
He said: “Do you know what? Again, goalkeepers being asked to play the ball at the back. He makes two ricks, two goals. That’s what happens when goalkeepers give the ball away.
“He gives them the first one. He’s come out looking like Superman. A challenge he can’t win. The second one, giving the ball away into the box.
“We were cruising at stage 3-1. Brings it back to 3-2. Obviously, it’s like, where’s Cole Palmer?
“We need another goal. Give us another goal, Cole. And he does. Yeah, Sanchez… the selection of pass, choice of pass, make the right decision.”
Sanchez faced boos from fans of his former club, Brighton, and struggled to deliver a solid performance.
The Spanish goalkeeper made an early error that let the Seagulls take the lead, coming too far out of his goal and allowing Rutter to head the ball in from 12 yards.
About 25 minutes later, Sanchez was once again at fault as Chelsea conceded another goal, letting Brighton back into the game after Palmer had put Chelsea ahead 3-1.
As highlighted by Cundy, Sanchez’s pass from the back was intercepted by Carlos Baleba, who brought the score to 3-2.
Fortunately for Sanchez, just seven minutes later, Palmer restored Chelsea’s two-goal advantage, scoring his fourth goal of the match after being set up by a through ball from new signing Jadon Sancho.
