Arsenal are actively searching for a new wide player and a striker, and Madueke is among the names on their shortlist.
According to Sky Germany, the Gunners have already opened discussions with Madueke’s representatives regarding a possible switch to the Emirates.
Meanwhile, The Athletic reports that Chelsea do not view Madueke as indispensable, meaning they are open to offers from domestic rivals.
Last month, it was reported that Chelsea would seek around £50 million for the 23-year-old if they were to sell.
Primarily operating on the right flank, Madueke would be brought in to provide depth and competition for Bukayo Saka at Arsenal.
Before Chelsea’s Club World Cup loss to Flamengo, manager Enzo Maresca downplayed the transfer rumors, stating that the club still considers Madueke part of their plans for the upcoming season.
‘Noni is our player, you can read a lot of speculation at the moment but we consider Noni our player for the coming season,’ Maresca said.
Chelsea have already boosted their attacking options with their £30m deal for Liam Delap this summer.
But they are also set to officially confirm the signing of Brighton forward Joao Pedro in a £60m deal from Brighton, while an agreement is expected to be reached with Borussia Dortmund for Jamie Gittens.
