Aguero watched from the sidelines as his compatriots came out on top in the shootout against France on Sunday after an incredible game which was 2-2 after 90 minutes and 3-3 after extra-time.
The former Manchester City player earned 101 caps for Argentina before he was then forced to retire from football last year due to a heart issue.
But he has remained around the team since and rushed on to the pitch wearing an Argentina shirt as the winning penalty was taken.
And Terry, who famously celebrated Chelsea’s Champions League title win in a full kit despite being suspended for the game in 2012, had some advice for Aguero.
Terry told beIN Sports: “Aguero has gone for the full John Terry there hasn’t he? I did it first. “If your going to do it, at least go for it and put the shin pads and boots on.”
Aguero, who shared a room with Lionel Messi ahead of the World Cup final, joined his compatriots in their dressing room celebrations after the match.
And as the Former Argentina star streamed the celebrations, he bizarrely flicked the camera to his face before saying: “For Camavinga, the d***face.”
Meanwhile, Emiliano Martinez who saved Kinglsey Coman’s penalty and shithoused Tchouameni into missing his, led the chanting in the dressing room, mocking Mbappe in the process.
Martinez consoled Mbappe, who became the second player to score a World Cup final hat-trick – on the pitch, but was caught on camera taking the p*ss out of the striker soon after.
