Arteta lands Arsenal key Sesko transfer advantage over Chelsea with clever plan

Emmanuel Petit has advised Benjamin Sesko to consider a move to Arsenal rather than Chelsea this summer.

The young striker, who has been linked with a transfer to the Premier League after his notable performances for RB Leipzig, is set to become a free agent in 2028.

This season, Sesko made 31 appearances in the Bundesliga, netting 14 goals and assisting twice, playing a pivotal role in RB Leipzig’s fourth-place finish and Champions League qualification.

Sesko’s standout performances have attracted the attention of several European clubs, including Arsenal and Chelsea.

While Arsenal has shown interest in Sesko, the deal is not yet finalized as RB Leipzig is keen on securing him with a new contract.

With his £55.6 million release clause expiring on June 30, Sesko is looking to resolve his future before the European Championships begin.

Slovenia’s Euro 2024 journey starts with a match against Denmark on June 16. Despite this, Petit has provided five compelling reasons for Sesko to choose Arsenal over Chelsea.

Speaking to bestonlinepokersites.ltd, the Premier League icon said: “Definitely Arsenal. Why? Because of the way they’ve been playing and the way the spine of the team has been playing together for the last four or five years.

“They have improved so much individually and collectively. They have a proper philosophy of playing and a better environment as well. So while it’s a new era at Chelsea, the stability is with the Gunners. So if I was Sesko I would join Arsenal rather than Chelsea.”
