Cesc Fabregas confirms he wants to return to Arsenal

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas admitted he will will like to return to Arsenal in the future, after taking part in a Q&A on Twitter.

The Spain international left Arsenal after eight years to return to his boyhood team Barcelona and Wenger rejected the opportunity to sign him when he left Camp Nou in 2014.

Instead he joined Chelsea where he has now won two Premier League titles.




However, he has now opened the door to a possible return to the Emirates, but in a different role this time.

When asked on Twitter whether he would like to return to Arsenal as a coach in the future, he said: ‘Of course.’

The 30-year-old still has some years left to play, but it would certainly be captivating to see him as part of the gunners team in the future.
