Chelsea fans react after ‘seeing’ what Alejandro Garnacho was holding in tattoo session

Chelsea supporters have been buzzing online after a photo of Alejandro Garnacho surfaced from a tattoo studio, sparking fresh speculation about his future.

The Manchester United winger appears set to leave Old Trafford this summer, having been publicly told by manager Ruben Amorim back in May that he was free to find a new club. ..Continue Reading

That directive came shortly after Garnacho made headlines for calling United’s season “s****y” following their Europa League final defeat — the latest in a string of disciplinary issues.

Since then, he’s been relegated to United’s so-called “bomb squad,” a group of players deemed surplus to requirements and restricted to using Carrington’s facilities only after hours.

Initially, the group included Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia, though Rashford has since completed a loan move to Barcelona.

According to reports from the Daily Mail, Garnacho is now keen on a switch to Chelsea, and the club’s hierarchy is said to have thoroughly assessed his personality and found no red flags.

A viral image from a tattoo parlour’s Instagram account shows the 21-year-old holding what fans believe to be a light blue vape pen, though the timing of the video remains unclear.

This isn’t the first time Garnacho has been linked to vaping — back in 2023, he posted a photo watching a United match at home with a green vape pen visible on the table, which was later edited out in a repost.

Reacting to the latest viral photo, one fan wrote: “Everyone can make mistakes, let’s not pretend Chelsea haven’t with some transfers… this very well looks to be one too.”

While a second said: “I’m a big fan of Garnacho but you can’t have someone vaping.”

A third wrote: “Garnacho doesn’t help himself. What’s he doing vaping?”

But a fourth said: “I don’t care in the slightest what kind of (legal) vices football engage in their private lives.”

And a fifth added: “This Garnacho hate is just pathetic.”
