Chelsea fans are urging Enzo Maresca to drop a player following their 3-1 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
The Blues took an early lead in the third minute through Noni Madueke, who capitalized on a mistake by debutant Abdukodir Khusanov.

Phil Foden then took advantage of Chelsea’s defensive errors to score and secure a 3-1 victory for Pep Guardiola’s side.
Earlier in the match, Chelsea fans were furious with a mistake by goalkeeper Robert Sanchez and are now calling for Maresca to replace him in the next fixture.
Before City’s second goal, Sanchez ran out to intercept a long ball from Ederson but then backpedaled when Haaland reached the ball first.
Sanchez was left stranded, allowing Haaland to chip the ball over him after two touches inside.
While Haaland’s finish was impressive, Chelsea fans are demanding that Maresca replace Sanchez with backup goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen or sign a new goalkeeper altogether.
One wrote: “Maresca doesn’t get it wrong often imo. He’s completely wrong on Sanchez.”
A second said: “It ain’t even Sanchez’s fault anymore. It’s Maresca and the sporting directors.”
A third asked: “What more does Sanchez have to do to get dropped?”
And a fourth said: “And that needs to be Robert Sanchez dropped. Massive questions now if Enzo Maresca will not drop him.”
