The London club has already brought in a young Brazilian attacker recently, with Estevao becoming a regular in the senior squad this season. ..Continue Reading
The 18-year-old opened his scoring account during the 2-1 win over Liverpool last month.
With players like Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens also part of the squad, Enzo Maresca has a wealth of youthful attacking talent at his disposal. Chelsea are now evaluating forwards with more experience at the highest level.
Maresca’s team is reportedly planning a January approach for Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr, amid reported friction with manager Xabi Alonso. However, securing the winger could prove costly, given his status as one of the top players in his position.
Vinicius isn’t the only Brazilian attacker on Chelsea’s radar. According to a report from Spain, BlueCo are also preparing a bid for Palmeiras’ Allan, though Manchester United and Real Madrid are also interested in the player.
The 21-year-old has a release clause close to €100m (£88m), and with Palmeiras aiming to secure a substantial fee—similar to the amounts received for Estevao and Vitor Reis—a transfer could require a significant financial commitment.
Palmeiras recently extended Allan’s contract until 2029, which strengthens their position in negotiations.
The young talent has shown promise at times for Palmeiras and was labeled their “standout” player by journalist Leandro Boudakian earlier this year. He’s known for his adaptability, having played in central midfield, on both flanks, and in an advanced midfield role.
Additionally, the Florianopolis-born forward has consistently demonstrated strong dribbling and creative skills over the past year, ranking highly in both areas compared to others in his role.
Still, Allan’s performance in the 2025 Brazilian Serie A was modest, contributing just one goal and two assists across 21 matches, indicating he might not yet be ready for a starting role at a club like Chelsea.
Despite his potential, Chelsea have already secured several young prospects recently—including Gittens, Garnacho, and Estevao—so missing out on Allan wouldn’t be a major setback.
