Romano confirmed Antony’s transfer on his YouTube channel and hinted at a potential new signing to replace the outgoing winger.
He said: “What does it (Antony’s exit) mean? It means that Manchester United will be active on the market in that position in the next few days.
“Manchester United are expected to do something. Also because my expectation is also for Tyrell Malacia to leave.”

He added: “Then it’s really hard to turn things around. We get really anxious and really nervous and they were better. It’s palpable outside the pitch and everything gets really messy.
“To lose again at home, it’s not acceptable.”
