Mason Greenwood has made a decision on his future after joining Getafe on loan from Manchester United, according to reports.
In August, it was confirmed that Greenwood and Man United have mutually agreed that the 22-year-old would continue his career away from the club.

On transfer deadline day, Greenwood confirmed a loan move to Spanish La Liga team Getafe for the 23/24 campaign.
And last weekend, Greenwood scored his first goal for Getafe against Celta Vigo.
Taking to social media, he wrote: “Happy to score my first goal for Getafe. Amazing team spirit to come away with a point.”
Now, it has been reported that Greenwood has made a decision on his future. According to The Sun, the England star would like to extend his stay with the Spanish club.
A source told the publication: “The players and fans have all given him a welcome he could only have dreamed of.
“He really feared his career was over. Now he’s just so happy and wants to carry on playing and not think too far ahead.”
The Sun had previously reported that Greenwood was set to return to United before the club made a U-turn after facing backlash from fans.
Greenwood was first arrested back in January 2022 after charges of attempted rape, assault and coercive control. But, those charges were dropped this February by the Crown Prosecution Service.
A spokesperson said at that time: “We have a duty to keep cases under continuous review.
“In this case a combination of the withdrawal of key witnesses and new material that came to light meant there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction.”
