Inter Milan have reportedly offered Ivan Perisic to Manchester United in exchange to sign Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez has spent the campaign on loan at Inter Milan and the Italian side are interested in signing the Chilean winger on a permanent deal.
And, Perisic was loaned out to Bayern Munich for the start of the season but the Bundesliga side are unwilling to sign the forward permanently due to Inter Milan’s £17m asking price.
According to Sport Mediaset, Inter Milan are also not willing to pay United’s £17m valuation of Alexis Sanchez and have offered Perisic to Solskjaer’s side in a swap deal to sign the Chile international.
Antonio Conte’s side extended Alexis Sanchez’s loan deal to cover the rest of the delayed Italian Serie A campaign.
But Inter now want Sanchez to stay at the club for their Europa League season next month.
‘It’s an anomalous issue, considering the Europa League can be changed by the absence of certain players,’ Inter Milan director Beppe Marotta told sky Sports on Sunday.

‘The situation has not been resolved yet, we are working to at least keep hold of him for the entire Europa League.’
After an ankle injury badly affected his season in Italy, Sanchez has impressed since Serie A returned in June with three goals and seven assists in 12 matches.
Meanwhile, Perisic was very close to signing for Manchester United during Jose Mourinho’s reign as the Red devils’ manager but they were unable to agree a fee with his team Inter.
