Liverpool’s tunnel camera footage has picked up a heartwarming exchange of shirts between Roberto Firmino and Gabriel Jesus at the end of Sunday’s draw.
The two Brazilians met as their respective sides played out a 2-2 draw that could have a huge impact at the top of the table. Brazil had a huge impact on the game, with three Selecao internationals getting on the scoresheet.

The fixture represented what is likely to be the last time Firmino faces Jesus or Martinelli as opposition, with the 31-year-old choosing to call time on his Liverpool stay at the end of the campaign after eight years at the club.
He discussed his imminent exit for the first time after the 2-2 draw and confessed the idea of leaving at the end of his contract leaves him feeling emotional.
“I won’t say much, because otherwise, I’ll get emotional,” Firmino told ESPN Brasil.
“Because it’s a beautiful legacy with a beautiful history, at such a big club. I’m very happy and grateful to God for everything we have built here. But it’s a new situation for me, I’ve never been through it.
“I’ve been praying a lot for God to keep me and help me in this process. I’m working hard, always ready to help the team, and we’re together until the end. I want to finish well here with my teammates.”
