Man Utd brutally unfollow former player, their relationship is completely over

Manchester United have stopped following their former player on social media, hinting at a possible end to their association.

This summer, Man United brought in five new players, with the latest being Manuel Ugarte, who transferred from Paris Saint-Germain for £50.5 million.

The Red Devils have also reduced their squad by offloading several players.

They approved the sales of Scott McTominay, Mason Greenwood, and Donny van de Beek, among others.

Additionally, Jadon Sancho moved to Chelsea, where the club is obligated to make his loan move permanent for a surprising fee.

Fans noticed his social media activity after he finalized terms with the Blues, where he seemed to take a shot at Erik ten Hag during his first interview.

In response, Man United delivered a harsh message by unfollowing Sancho on Instagram, a move that fans quickly noticed.

One X user wrote: “Good riddance.” A second said: “This guy has never left a club without controversy trailing him.”

A third argued: “Slightly petty, still our player.” A fourth added: “This was a real toxic relationship.”

Another commented: “Beautiful. Great riddance to bad rubbish.”

Sancho has played only one match this season, having made a substitute appearance in Manchester United’s Community Shield defeat to Manchester City last month.

But he is yet to feature in the Premier League this campaign.

Sancho, who was a part of United’s pre-season, could make his Chelsea debut when they resume their league campaign after the international break.

And he’s ready to make an impact under Enzo Maresca, saying: “They’re signing me for a reason and to contribute to the team, and I’m ready to do that.

“I enjoy his style of play. The wingers when they get on the ball, he loves them to go one versus one and be direct. We play a lot of one-twos with the 10s and the striker combination plays. It’s very attractive and it’s a style that I play.”
