Donny van de Beek, the midfielder for Manchester United (Man Utd), is eager to revitalize his career with a loan move to Frankfurt.
Despite his £35m transfer from Ajax to United in 2020, the Dutch player has struggled to meet expectations at Old Trafford.

Initially signed under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, van de Beek faced a managerial change when the Norwegian was sacked after 15 months.
Hoping for a fresh start under Ralf Rangnick, he went on loan to Everton. The arrival of Erik ten Hag, his former coach at Ajax, aimed to rejuvenate his stint at United.
Unfortunately, a severe knee injury in December 2022 limited him to just 21 minutes of play this season, with only two of those in the Premier League.
Van de Beek made 62 appearances for United, scoring only twice. Frankfurt now holds the option to secure his services permanently at the end of the loan period, with a buying option set at £10m, potentially rising to around £12m.
United is actively looking to offload players this month to create space for new signings.
Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho, Casemiro, and Raphael Varane are among the players the club is willing to entertain offers for.
