Man Utd players make feelings clear over Van Nistelrooy replacing Ten Hag as manager

Reports suggest that United’s players would support van Nistelrooy taking over if Ten Hag is dismissed.

Van Nistelrooy, who became Ten Hag’s assistant over the summer, is reportedly open to replacing his fellow Dutchman.

With managerial experience that includes winning the Dutch Cup during his sole season at PSV Eindhoven, he could potentially take the reins on a temporary basis.

Meanwhile, criticism of Ten Hag has intensified, with former players like Marco van Basten harshly criticizing his recruitment strategy, calling it “idiotic.”
