Osimhen has been prolific during his time at Napoli, amassing 75 goals and 18 assists in 130 appearances across various competitions.
Both Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea have been in negotiations for Osimhen for some time now, with his release clause estimated between €120 million-€130 million.
While meeting such a substantial fee would grant either club permission for direct discussions with the player, it’s anticipated that talks will soon commence with Napoli to negotiate a lower transfer fee.
