Marcus Rashford makes feelings clear on Man Utd future with social media message during Rangers game

Marcus Rashford has dropped another hint about his future at Manchester United while watching the club’s Europa League match against Rangers.

After spending 20 years at his boyhood club, Rashford surprised the football world by telling journalist Henry Winter that he was ready to leave United for a new challenge.

However, his recent message to his United teammates might provide another clue about his feelings regarding a move away from Old Trafford.

Rashford has not played for United since the controversial interview, with his last appearance being a 2-1 away win over Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League on December 12.

Despite his lack of game time and transfer rumors, the forward continues to show his love for United, often seen supporting his club either in person or at home.

During Thursday night’s Europa League match against Rangers at Old Trafford, Rashford posted a photo on Instagram with a four-word message to his teammates.

In an Instagram story, he wrote: “Come on the boys”

Since the interview last month, Rashford has remained quiet about his future, leaving fans speculating about his potential move and the reasons behind his comments.

However, United manager Ruben Amorim shed some light on his relationship with Rashford following last weekend’s 3-1 loss to Brighton in the Premier League.

After the match, the Portuguese manager was asked if he would consider recalling Rashford, who has been left out of the matchday squad for the past nine matches.

“It is his choice [not to play]. I don’t want to focus on this bad moment because in the games we lost, Rashford is not here. I don’t want to put this moment on Rashford. Rashford is out of this moment because he is not playing,” he said.

“No matter what, I am not going to put out a player I don’t believe is the best for the team.”
