‘I’m not a big supporter of Arsenal winning it so I don’t know. It’s a tough one,’ ex-Premier League striker Saha told OLBG when asked for his top-four prediction.
‘I will say that, yes, when you look at it now, Arsenal are definitely better equipped and they will get better.
‘You could imagine you always have the threat to have a great start of the season and then drop. But at the moment that looks unlikely.
‘You still feel like Chelsea with all those youngsters getting more experience and confidence will get there. Who knows? They could surprise us and have a big run and come second.
‘You always think Man City, wherever they are, and Liverpool, they will be there. I hope, this is the target, that Man United are going to be there to get into Europe.
‘I always feel like when you have those types of players at Man United, if they click then we can get back into Europe.

Elsewhere, Ruben Amorim has spoken about how Sir Jim Ratcliffe ‘completely changed’ Manchester United’s season.
Amorim appeared to be on the brink of dismissal at Old Trafford after a disappointing start to the campaign.
His team had ended the previous season in 15th place, and their hopes of salvaging it with a Europa League triumph were dashed by a final defeat to Tottenham.
A strong start to the new season was crucial, but United lost four of their opening seven matches.
In addition to league losses against Arsenal, Manchester City, and Brentford, they also suffered a shock Carabao Cup exit to League Two’s Grimsby Town.
Speculation mounted that Amorim could be sacked during the October international break if his side lost to Sunderland, but a 2-0 victory eased the pressure.
United then delivered four encouraging results before the November break, including a rare win at Anfield over Liverpool and a dominant performance against Brighton.
They also came from behind twice to draw 2-2 with Nottingham Forest and Tottenham in their last two games before returning to action on Monday night against Everton.
This resurgence has reignited their Champions League hopes, and Amorim credits Ratcliffe’s public backing in October with having ‘completely changed’ the atmosphere at the club.
Ratcliffe, speaking to The Times, said it might take Amorim three years to fully implement his vision at the Theatre of Dreams.
The remarks helped ease scrutiny and had a ‘huge impact’ on the club, according to the former Sporting boss.
‘If you remember when Jim gave the interview, it settled down a lot around the club,’ Amorim, who took charge just over a year ago, told Stan Sport.
‘The noise around the club changed completely and that was really important for the team and it’s really important for the team and me.
‘It had a huge impact – not on the way I do things – but on the way people see what we are doing. So it was massive for us.’
Amorim said he wasn’t concerned about being dismissed but acknowledged that Ratcliffe’s support made a meaningful difference.
‘It’s always really important – but it’s more important for the fans to understand we have a clear path and we are going to continue to follow it,’ he added.
‘For me it doesn’t change much – I’m not worried about losing my job. It’s a good thing to hear but it will not change anything in the way I behave. I know clearly which path I have to go.’
United’s clash with Everton on Monday marks exactly one year since Amorim’s debut in the dugout.
Reflecting on a challenging 12 months, he said: ‘It’s been a journey, I’ve learned a lot.
‘Sometimes you think we are too young and you are just winning – then you face a different result, way of people seeing your job, what you are doing.
‘It’s hard sometimes but you learn a lot. I think I’m a better manager now and I’m ready for the future and the present.
‘A really tough journey but I see it was necessary and we are in a better place because of it.’
If results go their way this weekend, Manchester United could rise to third in the Premier League standings.
