Despite having played just three matches for his new club, Sancho has already tallied three assists.
One of those assists came when he set up Cole Palmer’s second goal in Chelsea’s 4-2 triumph over Brighton on Saturday.
Incredibly, Sancho has now registered more Premier League assists this season (3) than a combination of Manchester United players—Bruno Fernandes, Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, Mason Mount, Christian Eriksen, Joshua Zirkzee, and Kobbie Mainoo—who have managed just two assists in total, according to Squawka.
This will likely be tough for Manchester United supporters to swallow, as Sancho struggled during his time at Old Trafford and eventually left following a public fallout with manager Erik ten Hag last season.
He later went on loan to Borussia Dortmund, where he regained his form and played a key role in their run to the Champions League final.
