Fifa block summer transfers for out-of-contract stars and consider third transfer window
Premier League players will be blocked from switching sides before the delayed end of the campaign - even if they are out of contract at their respective clubs.
And Fifa are already considering a one-off, third transfer window next season because the summer trading spell will be so short.

Fifa’s legal director Emilio Garcia Silvero conceded they cannot demand contracts that expire in June be extended beyond that period.
But he said they will simply refuse to ratify any attempts to register with another team until the 2019-20 campaign has been either completed or closed officially.
