Jude Bellingham has identified Real Madrid’s future superstar, suggesting that this young talent might even surpass his own achievements.
At just 20 years old, Bellingham had an outstanding first season with Real Madrid in La Liga, scoring 19 goals and providing six assists.

His contributions were crucial in helping Carlo Ancelotti’s team secure both the league and Champions League titles, earning him the title of La Liga’s Player of the Season.
Bellingham has continued his excellent form into Euro 2024, scoring the opening goal for England in their 1-0 victory over Serbia on Sunday.
Despite his rapid rise, Bellingham believes that one of Real Madrid’s emerging stars has the potential to exceed his own success.
Massimo Franchi, founder of the Golden Boy award—which Bellingham won in 2023—shared details of a conversation with Bellingham last year, where the English midfielder expressed his high hopes for this new talent.
‘At the time, he told me that his brother Jobe, who plays for Sunderland, could be one of the favourites for the 2024 award,’ he told German outlet Frankfurter Rundschau.
‘He is a great talent, but of course that was just a joke, because Jobe does not yet play for a Premier League club and is therefore excluded from the current rankings according to Golden Boy rules.
‘Jude also told me in December last year that Real Madrid have a fantastic young player who is perhaps even a little better than him: Turkey’s Arda Güler, who scored an outstanding goal against Albania.
‘According to Bellingham, he would show incredible things in training. Güler is only 19 years old.’
Güler joined Real Madrid last summer from Turkish club Fenerbahçe and had an impressive first season, scoring six goals in ten league matches.
The 19-year-old made a sensational debut on the world stage during Turkey’s opening game of Euro 2024, scoring a stunning goal that helped secure a 3-1 victory over Georgia.
This goal, only his second for the national team, also made Güler the youngest player to score on his European Championship debut, breaking Cristiano Ronaldo’s record set in 2004.
