Jadon Sancho is expected to drop to the bench in the semifinal clash between England and Denmark, according to reports.
England’s Euro 2020 semi-final lineup has been leaked and there is no space for Manchester United’s new signing Jadon Sancho.
Sancho agreed a £73m move to United last week and was rewarded with his first start in the competition during the 4-0 win against Ukraine.
The attacker was impressive and earned praise for his display but it seems it wasn’t enough to convince Gareth Southgate to stick with him for the match against Denmark today.
England are expected to be unchanged in defence, meaning Kyle Walker, John Stones, Maguire and Luke Shaw will all start in front of Jordan Pickford, with that back line yet to concede any goal so far.
In midfield, Declan Rice and Kalvin Phillips will continue their partnership with Mason Mount expected to start tonight as the No.10.
Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane are also expected to remain in the team, and they will be partnered by Bukayo Saka — who is fit again after a knock against Germany ruled him out of the quarter-final clash.
