How much each team at Club World Cup has earned so far as Real Madrid miss out on top spot

With the group stage now complete, The Athletic has revealed the financial rewards distributed so far.

Manchester City lead the earnings table, having brought in $51.7 million, just ahead of Real Madrid, who have collected $48.4 million.

Chelsea, the only team to win all three of their group matches, are the sole club to surpass the $50 million mark.

Bayern Munich, PSG, and Chelsea follow closely with $45.1 million, $42.8 million, and $40.5 million respectively.

Among non-European teams, Flamengo top the list with $27.7 million in earnings.

So far, $741 million of the $1 billion prize pool for the FIFA Club World Cup has already been distributed, with a significant portion going to European clubs.

The eventual champions of this summer’s tournament will receive an additional $74.1 million, including $40 million for winning the final alone—on top of what they’ve already earned through earlier rounds.

The round of 16 kicks off with Palmeiras facing Botafogo, marking the start of the knockout phase. Other standout fixtures include Chelsea taking on Benfica, Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami clashing with PSG, and Flamengo going head-to-head with Bayern Munich.

Also on the schedule are Inter Milan vs. Fluminense, Manchester City vs. Al Hilal, Real Madrid vs. Juventus, and Borussia Dortmund vs. Monterrey, setting the stage for a thrilling next chapter in the competition.
