This has attracted the attention of top clubs across Europe, including Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Paris Saint Germain.
On Thursday evening, reports suggested that Premier League leaders Liverpool might consider signing Kvaratskhelia if he decides to leave Napoli during the January transfer window.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein wrote on social media: “Liverpool could consider move to sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia if leaves Napoli in Jan.
“LFC not actively seeking winger but admire 23yo, alert to situation + may contend if becomes market opportunity. PSG and CFC also among interested clubs.”
But, speaking prior to moving to Napoli, Kvaratskhelia reportedly said: “My biggest dream is to win the Champions League.”
When asked with which team, the Georgian said: “With Real Madrid. Since I was a kid I’m a Real Madrid fan. With my brothers, we were always watching their games.”
As per transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the winger also said in 2023: “Real Madrid was my favourite team in my childhood.
“Now I’m 100% focused on Napoli. I am doing best to help the team. I’m not even thinking about my future.”
Previously speaking, Kvaratskhelia’s father revealed his son’s love for the Spanish team.
Badri Kvaratskhelia said, as per GOAL: “For Khvicha, playing against Real Madrid was special. He has always dreamed and I am convinced that he still dreams of playing for Real Madrid.
“In my family, everyone is a fan of Los Blancos – except for me. For this reason, it was a very special match.”
Meanwhile, Kvaratskhelia’s agent, Mamuka Jugheli has also spoken about the player’s feelings towards Real Madrid.
He said: “His father and I are Barca fans, but Kvara loves Real Madrid. If I see him in a Barca shirt I’ll be happy, but he’s Madridista.”
