Liverpool have reportedly struck a deal with Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram as Jurgen Klopp looks to secure his second signing of the summer.
After completing the signing of Brighton’s Alexis Mac Allister, Liverpool are already working hard on their next deal.
The addition of Mac Allister will give Jurgen Klopp’s side a much-needed boost in midfield, but the German coach is keen to add another player in this position.

According to reports, Thuram has ‘verbally agreed to personal terms’ with the Reds.
The two teams are now in talks over a transfer fee as Nice are looking to get as much money as possible for one of their most prized assets.
Thuram is currently contracted with the Ligue 1 club until 2025 and so they are in a strong position to negotiate his fee.
It is reported that the 22-year-old midfielder has a price tag of £55m, which Nice are determined to get as a lump sum.
Liverpool are expected to have more money to spend with after they completed the Mac Allister deal for just £35m. And a deal for Thuram would be a huge boost for the club heading into next campaign.
Nice head coach Didier Digard gave a gleaming report on the 22-year-old midfielder
“Khephren’s fantastic,” explained Digard. “He’s very hardworking, very attentive. “On rest days he’s at the training centre. He recovers quickly for back-to-back matches and completes high-intensity training.
“He listens and applies himself. He has room for improvement and he’s in demand. He simply eats up video analysis, additional sessions.
“He also advises others, because he takes on a leadership role. He’s also discovering himself as a person.”
