Waitress reveals shocking details of Marcus Rashford’s drinking spree in Belfast

Marcus Rashford had a determined goal to consume alcohol during the Belfast gathering, casting uncertainty over his future with Manchester United.

Despite claiming illness, the England international was excluded from Sunday’s FA Cup match at Newport.

It later surfaced that Rashford, aged 26, had been involved in Thursday night revelry, causing displeasure among Erik ten Hang and his United teammates.

Last night, the Premier League club issued a statement following the revelation of new details about Rashford’s activities in Northern Ireland.

‘Marcus has taken responsibility for his actions,’ it read. ‘This has been dealt with as an internal disciplinary matter, which is now closed’

Rashford is back in training and is reportedly in the running for Thursday night’s Premier League visit to Wolves.

However, Ten Hag is expected to frown upon the allegations made by waitress Sarah Adair, asserting that she partied with the footballer until the early morning hours.

‘I’m not surprised he missed training the next day given how late he got to bed and how much he’d had to drink,’ the 30-year-old told The Sun.

“They were drinking tequila and passing around a bottle of Patron and he also ordered a round of limoncello. He was clearly on a mission to get drunk.’

She added: ‘He was clearly on a mission to have a big night. It’s not like it wasn’t planned from the start. I don’t know how he didn’t realise he would be caught out.

‘Everyone was taking pictures of him during the night out.

Prior to departing from Rashford and his friends, Sarah alleges that she was inquired about potential nightclubs willing to extend their hours past 3 am for a sufficient payment.

Miss Adair, however, claims she got a very different impression of the striker, saying: ‘Marcus was confident but also seemed a bit shy. It’s as though he doesn’t really know who he is.

‘He gives out the vibe he thinks, ‘I’m a footballer, I’ve got loads of money and can do whatever I want’. His friends treated him like he was a god.’
