Breaking: Arsene Wenger to leave at the end of the season
Arsene Wenger has announced that he will step down as Arsenal manager at the end of the campaign.
The 68-year-old took charge of the club in 1996 and has guided them to three Premier League titles and seven FA Cups, although in recent years he has come under fire.
In a statement published on the club's official website, Wenger said: “After careful consideration and following discussions with the club, I feel it is the right time for me to step down at the end of the season.
“I am grateful for having had the privilege to serve the club for so many memorable years.
