Adrien Rabiot’s mother was not taking any prisoners as she watched her son’s team crash out of the Euros, starting arguments with the families of Pogba and Mbappe.
According to RMC Sport, tensions between the families watching in the stadium started when Veronique Rabiot – the mother of Adrien – and people close to her exchanged words with the family of Pogba.
Veronique was furious with Pogba for losing the ball in the build up to Switzerland’s late equaliser. The mother asked the player’s family how Pogba could lose the ball like that, causing an argument between both camps.
At the full time whistle she turned to Mbappe and his family, asking the player’s family if he could tell his son to be less arrogant. She also criticized some of the journalists for the way they were sucking up to the PSG star.
And, this didn’t go down well with Kylian’s family, with an aggressive exchange of words taking place between Veronique and the parents of Mbappe.
Rabiot’s mother clashed with several families for around 20 minutes as they all watched the game in Bucharest, with France knocked out on penalties.
Veronique Rabiot said to Mbappé’s family after his penalty miss, per @starragolequipe: “It is embarrassing how he struck that, for a player of his level. He hit it too lightly. I hope you are going to scold him.”

Other families there said that they were shocked by her attitude and the timing of her outburst.
Tensions had surfaced early in the game, with security having to tell Pogba’s camp to calm down as they reacted angrily to Rabiot’s mistakes.
