Guangzhou Evergrande manager Fabio Cannavaro is the fourth best paid manager in the world on £10.6m-a-year according to Business Insider.
The former Italy defender, who won the Chinese League One title and was coach of the year last year with Tianjin Quanjian, has now moved to Guangzhou where he is the highest-paid coach in China.
The former Ballon d’Or winner earns £10.6million every year, which is the highest amount a manager is paid in the Chinese Super League.
Former Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini and Fabio Capello are joint-second on £8.9m after the wages of the managers of all the teams were revealed.
However, Marcello Lippi is the highest paid football manager on £18m-per-year.
Cannavaro meanwhile is also behind Pep Guardiola [£15.3m-a-year] and Jose Mourinho [£15m-a-year].
