Ronaldo pushes rival staff member who wants selfie as Al-Nassr held to 1-1 draw

Cristiano Ronaldo rejected the advances of Al-Khaleej’s member of staff who tried to take a selfie with him after Al-Nassr played a 1-1 draw.

It was another night of frustration for the former Manchester United star as Al-Nassr dropped points yet again in the title race.

His team were held to a draw by Al-Kaleej, leaving them two points off leaders Al-Ittihad. But the gap is set to rise to five with just four matches left, after the league leaders stormed into a 3-0 half time lead in their game with Abha.

To make things worse, Ronaldo failed to get on the scoresheet, and is now facing the possibility of ending his first season in Saudi Arabia empty handed.

And the Portugal international wasn’t about to lighten his mood when he was approached as he stormed towards the tunnel after the clash.

In a bizarre moment, he was asked if he would pose for a selfie with the Al-Kaleej employee, who appeared more focussed on Ronaldo than he was on celebrating the win.

Ronaldo, who refused to stop, was seen pushing him out of the way so he could get inside as soon as possible.

It’s another heated moment in what is becoming a volatile season for him after leaving United in acrimonious circumstances.

Meanwhile, there are reports that he is already planning his exit, despite being contracted until the end of 2025.

Last month, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner was accused of petulance after he reacted angrily to being denied a penalty in a 4-0 win over Al-Raed.
