The player has told Chelsea he does not want to sign a new contract and wants to join a club that can provide a better pathway to regular first-team football.

West Ham, Leeds United, Liverpool, Leicester City and Brighton & Hove Albion have all expressed an interest , in Bate.

Peart-Harris meanwhile is reported to be on the verge of joining Brentford and has said goodbye to his teammates, according to reports.

Livramento, Chelsea’s academy player of the year, is wanted by Brighton. While no deal is imminent, he is also eager to leave.

Chelsea have cashed in on two of their academy products this summer with Fikayo Tomori joining AC Milan after his loan spell last season.

Marc Guehi meanwhile moved to Crystal Palace on Sunday in a deal believed to be worth £20million.
