Harry Maguire blanked Manchester United owner Avram Glazer in the club’s Carabao Cup final celebrations at Wembley.

Erik ten Hag has won his first trophy as United head coach as Casemiro and an own goal from Sven Botman sealed a 2-0 victory over Newcastle.

As captain, Maguire led United up the Wembley steps to collect the trophy and during the celebrations the England star shared a handshake and a hug with United’s CEO Richard Arnold.

Glazer who stood next to Arnold but Maguire choose not to speak or engage with United’s owner and rejoined his teammates.

During the match at Wembley, United’s fans continued to chant against the Glazers’ ownership.

United supporters also held up a ‘Glazers Out’ banner just a few rows down from where Avram Glazer was sat at the Wembley stadium.

Earlier on Sunday, at least one group of fans had a banner protesting against the Glazers confiscated by Wembley staff.

In November, it was announced that the Glazer family were seeking to sell having owned Manchester United for the last 17 years.

But, a buyer is yet to have been found and reports are now claiming that the Glazers are reluctant to sell the club for the current offers on the table.
