Al-Nassr had been one goal down heading into the 90th minute, but the Saudi club netted three times in stoppage time, with the third coming in the 104th minute, to turn the game around.
And as Ronaldo made his way to the tunnel, one fan shouted: “Lionel Messi is way better.” And the former Manchester United star mumbled something back in Portuguese
It has now been revealed the Portuguese star seemingly ignored the child simply shouted his displeasure at how the game unfolded.
“And that was the easy game,” Ronaldo said.
Although, some media outlets have reported that the Portugal international clapped back at the child by telling him to go watch Messi, which is not the case.
Ronaldo moved to the Middle East after he agreed to mutually terminate his contract at Old Trafford during the World Cup.
