Dortmund striker Erling Haaland wants to become the highest paid player in the Premier League this summer as the race heats up to sign the player.
The 20-year-old is expected to leave the Bundesliga this summer window, with Dortmund set to make a £130m profit on the Norwegian star they signed for just £20m less than 16 months ago.
Haaland has proven himself as one of the best strikers in world football during his time in Germany so far, scoring 49 goals in 39 matches for Edin Terzic’s side.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea are all interested in Haaland’s signature this summer, while he is also attracting interest from PSG.
But any move for Haaland could cost up to £300m over the duration of his contract, and the Sun claims Mino Raiola is demanding around £600,000-a-week for the services of his client.
Haaland has the pick of Europe’s top sides and knows that his strong position puts him in the position to demand what would be record wages for a Premier League player.
Alexis Sanchez, the current record holder, earned up to £500,000-per-week at Man United once bonuses were taken into account but Haaland’s wages would top that.

A clause in the player’s contract means he’s available for around £62m in 2022 but it’s expected that the German club will sell this summer in order to get a larger fee.
United and City have also shown interest in Tottenham striker Harry Kane but chairman Daniel Levy is known to be difficult to deal with and the club would likely demand more than £150m for the England skipper.
