Alejandro Garnacho caught red handed performing disgusting act in Man city defeat

Social media erupted in outrage as Sky Sports cameras seemingly captured Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho engaging in the unsavory act of picking his nose and consuming it during Sunday’s derby at the Etihad.

Despite the controversial incident, Manchester City rallied from behind to clinch a 3-1 triumph, widening the gap to 11 points between them and Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United, who currently trail behind the Premier League’s top four.

Garnacho began the match but delivered a lackluster performance, failing to pose any significant threat. He was substituted after 82 minutes.

Following his substitution, cameras captured Garnacho on the bench, where the 19-year-old was seen seemingly picking his nose and subsequently consuming it.

‘Swear Garnacho just picked his nose and ate it,’ @ConnoJ5 posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. ‘What an absolute grot bag!’

‘Catching Garnacho munching his boogers on the bench is disgusting work,’ @CFC_Whisper added.

‘Garnacho caught in 4k just picking his nose and eating it live on sky sports,’ @DNieL14817326 said.

Another tweet simply read ‘Garnacho, dude, gross’ while another user posted that the winger picking his nose was ‘the most dangerous United looked second half’.

Garnacho has contributed five goals and three assists in 25 Premier League matches this season.

Last month, the Argentine netted twice in a 3-0 win against West Ham at Old Trafford.
