Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has confirmed that N’Golo Kante will miss his side’s Premier League meeting with Fulham on Saturday evening due to suspension.
However, Lampard disclosed that every other player in the team is available for selection against Fulham except Kante.
Kante didn’t play for Chelsea in their FA Cup victory over Morecambe last Sunday after a hamstring injury he picked up in the 3-1 defeat against Manchester City on January 3.
The France international is suspended for the London derby against Fulham after picking up five yellow cards this campaign in the Premier League.
‘We are all good. N’Golo Kante is suspended, but he’s back in training tomorrow. So we are all good,’ Lampard told reporters at his pre-match press conference.
Kante will now hope to return for the blues against his former team Leicester City next week at the King Power.
Lampard also discussed the rivalry between Fulham and Chelsea and the form of Scott Parker’s side of late. He added: ‘It’s an exciting fixture. I always felt it had an extra edge to it.

“It has a different relationship to other derbies, Fulham were sometimes in the Premier League, sometimes not, but when they came they had a feeling of wanting to beat us.
‘Without fans it takes a slight edge off things, but mentally as players and as a club we should retain that passion of what this game means.
‘Fulham are playing well, they played very well last night against Tottenham, they could have won. That’s been their recent form.’
