Ex-Super Eagles player, John Obi Mikel, predicts that Manchester City and Arsenal will make it to this year’s Champions League final.
Participating in the quarter-final draw, Mikel selected the match-ups. This draw marks the end of the existing format, with a new 36-team structure debuting next season.

In the quarter-finals, Arsenal is set to battle Bayern Munich, and Manchester City will confront Real Madrid.
When asked before the draw which teams would make it to the competition final, Mikel replied “The final will be held in Wembley, England so I would like an English club to make it into the final.
“I hope Manchester City or Arsenal make it.”
Mikel Obi joins the elite list of Nigerian players like Finidi George and Kanu Nwankwo who have clinched the Champions League trophy.
In the draw, Arsenal drew their familiar rivals, Bayern Munich.
Atletico Madrid is set to face Borussia Dortmund. Echoing last year’s semi-final, Manchester City will play against Real Madrid, and PSG is matched with Barcelona.
The semi-final path is set: the Arsenal/Bayern winner will meet the winner of City vs Real Madrid, and the victor of Atletico vs Dortmund will encounter the winner of PSG vs Barcelona.
