Arsenal will seek a resurgence as they host Sevilla at the Emirates Stadium in a Champions League clash scheduled for Wednesday.
Under Mikel Arteta’s guidance, the team remains undefeated in Group B, securing a 2-1 victory against Sevilla in the previous UCL match.
Despite this European success, the Gunners encountered setbacks, suffering their first Premier League defeat of the season in a narrow 1-0 result against Newcastle United last Saturday. Additionally, they were eliminated from the Carabao Cup after a 3-1 loss to West Ham.
Conversely, following Arsenal’s defeat, Diego Alonso’s side managed to secure draws against Cadiz and Celta Vigo in La Liga. They also advanced in the Copa del Rey with a convincing 3-0 win over Quintanar.
