Chelsea return to action on Sunday when they face Fulham in the penultimate match of their pre-season tour of the United States of America.
The Blues will play a west London derby at Washington D.C.’s FedEx Field, having drawn 1-1 with Newcastle last time out with Nicolas Jackson seeing an early goal cancelled out by Almiron.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side have travelled from Atlanta, where they played Newcastle with the game taking place in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Georgia, north to the USA’s capital.
From there, Chelsea head to Chicago to play Borussia Dortmund at Soldier Field next week before heading home to London with Pochettino putting the finishing touches to his team’s preparations for their season-opener against Liverpool on August 13.
