De Gea fires warning to Man Utd over Real Madrid transfer

David De Gea has once again reiterated that he is happy at Manchester United but has said he might look to leave if Jose Mourinho’s side end another year without a trophy.

Ahead of Spain’s World Cup run, the 27-year-old was questioned about a potential transfer to Real Madrid this summer.

De Gea came close to joining Madrid in 2015 and has remained on the club’s radar since then.

Reports in Spain have claimed that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez wants to sign David De Gea as Keylor Navas replacement.

But the United goalkeeper is happy to stay at Old Trafford – as long as the red devils continue to win silverware.

‘On August 30, I want to be at my home, calm and without thinking about anything except my team,’ De Gea told COPE.

‘I don’t think Florentino Perez has my number.
