Borussia Dortmund captain Marco Reus has urged Jadon Sancho to reject a big-money move this summer window and continue developing his game with the Bundesliga team instead.
The England international is believed to be United’s top target this summer, with the club prepared to break their transfer record – currently the £89millon they spent on signing Paul Pogba.
Chelsea and Liverpool are also in Jadon Sancho, who looks likely to return to the Premier League having hit double figures for both goals and assists in this campaign.

But Marco Reus says Sancho, who has only just turned 20, does not need to be in a rush to join an European giant and can continue his rapid griwth at Dortmund.
‘Jadon is an outstanding player and will definitely remain in demand by many clubs. That is a fact,’ Reus said in an interview with Sport Bild.
‘He’s now playing at an even higher level than last year and would be extremely valuable in achieving our goals.
‘I would advise him to stay at BVB for another year, maybe two. From my point of view, there is no better place for him at the moment.
‘Afterwards, he can take the really big step as an even more complete player, having developed further in peace here as a regular starter.
‘He would have to find his place at a new club, which isn’t always easy for a 20-year-old.
‘Just how interesting do you think Jadon will be for the biggest clubs if he spends one, two or three years more here to develop further?’
