Chelsea have made nine players available for transfer this summer window, according to reports.
Chelsea have already completed the signings of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner ahead of the next campaign.
But the blues boss wants to sign Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz, as well as a new keeper and a left-back.
Chelsea’s business in the transfer market will also depend on departures and according to The Times, they are open to offers for nine players.
The report claims that Kante has been made available despite being an important part of Chelsea’s midfield when fully fit.
Ross Barkley is also available, while Chelsea are looking to sell Tiemoue Bakayoko, who has spent the campaign on loan at Monaco.
The report also claims that the blues are willing to listen to offers for Kurt Zouma, Christensen, Emerson, Marcos Alonso, Batshuayi and Kepa Arrizabalaga.

However, Lampard concedes he is worried by the number of individual errors his defenders have made this campaign.
‘The numbers do not lie,’ said the Chelsea manager. ‘We are trying to play a certain way. I know that teams who are now at the top of the game, Liverpool and Manchester City, have been through similar periods – I am not saying we will get to their level – in the early stages when their manager was at the club of conceding too much.
‘It is a work in progress for me. I can’t shelve it in another direction, we have to work defensively as a group.
‘But some of the individual errors we are making, clear individual errors, some in the final, which clearly cost us goals cannot be there if you want to keep moving forward.
‘There are areas to improve defensively and of course we have to improve. ‘We have to work as a group to make that better. That is clear. We are not hiding from that.’
