Amad Diallo sends message to Marcus Rashford ahead of Man Utd transfer

Amad Diallo is yet to sign for Manchester United but it’s clear the winger is already preparing for life at Old Trafford.

United agreed a £36m deal to sign the Ivory Coast player from Atalanta last summer window but Diallo’s transfer move hinged on him getting a work permit and a decision will be made next month.

Diallo is expected to be granted permission to sign for United and he is already looking at how he can link-up with an attack that includes players like Anthony Martial, Cavani and Rashford.

The Red devils kept up their good run with an injury-time winner against Wolves at the theatre of dreams on Tuesday as Rashford’s strike gave Solskjaer’s side a 1-0 victory.

The win moves United to within two points of league leaders Liverpool and they will be keen to maintain the margin before they travel to face Jurgen Klopp’s side in January.

And Diallo should be a United player by that point and he appears to be studying his new team-mates as he celebrated Rashford’s winner on Instagram after watching the victory against Wolves.

‘Yeahhh rashforddddddd’, wrote Diallo, who accompanied the post with four love heart emojis.

The win ensures the club finish the year in second place on the Premier League table but the England international talked down talk of a title charge. ‘We can’t look too far ahead,’ Rashford told Amazon Prime.

‘We are a team that is still doing a lot of work on ourselves and to be looking at the table so early on in the season is a bit stupid of us.

‘We have to take it one game at a time and if we can keep finding ways to win like this we will see where we are at the end of the season.’
