Cristiano Ronaldo’s furious dressing room reaction after Juventus’ 3-1 win vs Genoa

Cristiano Ronaldo was left fuming at the full-time whistle despite Juventus’ 3-1 win over Genoa on Sunday, according to reports.

The Serie A club eased to a comfortable home victory, but Ronaldo was frustrated at not managing to get a goal after playing the full 90 minutes.

Juventus are enduring a difficult campaign, and are currently in a tense battle to finish in the top four along with AC Milan, Atalanta and Napoli, with Inter Milan now running clear at the top.

But despite Juve’s important win at the weekend, Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport claim Ronaldo was left angry with his teammates for failing to pass to him in the game on a number of occasions.

Footage captured him arguing with the club keeper Wojciech Szczesny at one point, and his body language suggested he was not in a good mood throughout the game.

Some reports claim Ronaldo threw his shirt to the floor in anger after the game, but he actually gave it away to a ball boy.

However, he punched a wall when he arrived in the dressing room. It is then reported that he was in silence before leaving the stadium without saying a word to anyone.

But, Juve manager Andrea Pirlo admitted after the win that Ronaldo was annoyed at not having found the back of the net, saying: “He was angry because he didn’t manage to score.

“It’s normal that someone like him always wants to improve. I don’t think he will be fined, it can happen to have moments of nervousness.”

There are rumours that Ronaldo is unhappy in Turin, and this latest show of petulance will only add fuel to the speculation that he will look to leave the Seria A giants this summer.
