Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has done his bit to calm the speculation over Paul Pogba’s future at the club by backing the Frenchman on Instagram.
The 27-year-old’s agent, Mino Raiola, confirmed this week that the player’s time at Old Trafford is ‘over’ and that he wanted to leave the club in the January window.
Pogba was left out of the starting lineup to face RB Leipzig just 24 hours after Raiola’s comments but he was a surprise starter in the derby against Manchester City, with Solskjaer claiming after the game that the midfielder’s focus was on the club.
Pogba took five days to address Raiola’s comments but he did so on Saturday with a post on Instagram, where he claimed he’s ‘1000%’ committed to the Red devils.
United even covered Pogba’s message on their website and it drew reaction from a couple of team-mates on Instagram, including Bruno Fernandes.

Part of his reported unhappiness at the club is that he wants to play in an advanced position that’s currently occupied by Fernandes, who has been outstanding since his arrival from Sporting Lisbon.
However, it appears that the Portuguese star harbours no ill feeling towards Pogba after Raiola’s statement and his comment on tbe Frenchman’s post will be pleasing to United fans.
Fernandes only posted two ‘fist bump’ emojis and his post was liked by over 18,000 persons.
