West Ham United want Manchester United‘s forward Anthony Martial in exchange for Issa Diop, if any deal is to be done for the defender.
The Manchester United board have investigated the possibility of completing a deal for the 22-year-old, but West Ham have so far shown no willingness to sell the centre-back.
However, Manchester United would rather not lose 23-year-old Martial – but with defensive reinforcements a major priority for Ole Solskjaer, may be tempted to do a deal.
